Objective/Purpose:
Drive business growth in Utility-Scale Renewable Digital & Automation Solutions. The role involves end-to-end techno-commercial sales of SCADA, PPC, EMS, SAS and related digital solutions for Solar and Hybrid Renewable projects, managing the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to order closure.
Required skills( Must Have):
Proven experience in Utility-Scale Solar / Hybrid Renewable projects
Strong knowledge of SCADA, PPC, EMS, Substation Automation (SAS)
Experience in techno-commercial sales & bid management
Exposure to IPPs, EPCs, Utilities & Developers
Strong negotiation and contract finalization capability
Ability to collaborate with pre-sales, proposal and project teams
Strong presentation & communication skills
Good to Have (Optional Exposure):
Experience in Grid Studies sales (Load Flow, Short Circuit, Stability Studies, Grid Compliance, etc.)
Exposure to CEA / Grid Connectivity requirements
Understanding of system studies linked to renewable integration
