• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in BOPP films, flexible packaging, or plastic films industry.
• Strong network with converters, FMCG clients, or packaging companies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
• Fluent in English.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
