Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will focus on leading, motivating, and coordinating the sales team to achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, managing sales pipelines, analyzing sales data, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with other teams and departments will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and drive results within the sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
