Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and executing sales plans. The role requires regular preparation of sales reports and maintaining an updated knowledge of market trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development expertise, including skills in negotiating, client acquisition, and lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
