Role Description

This full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role is based in New Delhi. The candidate will assist in driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining and expanding the customer base, developing sales presentations, and coordinating with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to enhance business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in client acquisition, creating sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Experience with analyzing market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft sales pitches and presentations.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in the mechanical or industrial equipment sector is beneficial.
