Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the execution of sales strategies, develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and monitor market trends to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and sales planning
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively, and deliver results under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in IT/ITES or similar industries is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel if necessary
