About the Role:

We are looking for the Assistant Sales Manager-driven B2B Travel Sales professional based in Chennai who enjoys building strong travel agent relationships and promoting UAE travel products.

This role is strictly for candidates currently based in Chennai.

The candidate must be comfortable with daily field visits and regular in-person travel agent meetings.

This is an individual contributor role with a clearly defined growth path. High performers will be considered for progression into a Sales Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a B2B travel agent network in Chennai
• Promote travel products FIT / GIT / MICE
• Conduct daily field visits and agent meetings
• Generate leads and close new business
• Coordinate closely with the operations team
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence

Required Profile:

• 27 years of experience in B2B travel sales
• Background in DMC / Tour Operator / Travel company
• Strong local travel agent network in Chennai
• Comfortable with field sales and target-driven roles
• Must be currently residing in Chennai
