Job Description

REQUIREMENT:

  • Graduates with a passion for strategy ,relationship management and business development.
  • 2 years of experience of working in Sales or business development with a luxury brand .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with an ability to analyse markets and identify opportunities.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take ownership of projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Customer Acquisition

  • Generate leads and execute new customer acquisition initiatives in India
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high value clients, alliances and partners in India
  • Contribute towards achievement of revenue budgets allocated to key markets in India.
  • Develop Strategies to enhance business from repeat clients.
  • Assist the Director of Sales with competition-set data and business reports focussing on comparable wellness retreats in India and overseas.

Brand Outreach:

  • Identify opportunities for wellness residencies, retreats, and events in India.
  • Assist in planning and executing these initiatives from concept to fulfilment.
