We're expanding our team and looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help us deliver exceptional service every day.
Role Description
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback
- Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Assist with scheduling, team management, and staff performance
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and operational goals
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and peak hours to work till 1 am.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
