Purpose -As a leader of dynamic team, position will be the orchestrator of exceptional guest experiences for service , Ambience or F&B experience & Excellent Communication Skills ONLY

Job Description -

• Position will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Manager is responsible to manage and lead respective team members to enhance guest experience, curate special occasion memories, handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions in coordination with other departments, keep track of VIP / regular clients arrivals monitoring and leading Guest satisfaction meeting with other departments.
• Responsible to P&L, sales of outlet, control of consumption and achieving monthly and yearly target.
• Assists Guest Service team/ Service team in formulating new procedures and directives in order to continue improve the Department thorough working knowledge of the operations.
• Must have strong understanding of the functions of each department of the outlet physical layouts, facilities, the key personnel and their roles, daily functions and special events, Conventions.
• staff handling and training and constant development.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma / degree of HM MUST
• Minimum 2-3 Years working as RM / ARM with a brand Hotel / fine dinning Restaurant Chain
• Pleasing personality, Exceptional Communication (language known Hindi, English) Core F&B knowledge and within Hospitality professional
