Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Lead, supervise, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
Manage customer enquiries, reservations, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and service
Assist in staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management
Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control to support efficient restaurant operations
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies
Support outlet opening and closing procedures, as well as daily operational reporting
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min 2-3 years experience in supervisory role
Working Days: 5.5/6 days (On shift, total 39-44 working hours per week)
Working Location: Somerset
Salary: Up to $4200
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
