Job Description

Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional guest service, optimize team performance, maintain hygiene standards, and drive profitability across all restaurant functions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction consistently
  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve and exceed service standards and operational goals
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas, including table tops and side stations, to uphold hygiene standards
  • Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols within the outlet to ensure compliance and safety
  • Supervise service team performance, attendance, conduct, appearance, and attitude to maintain a professional environment
  • Implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve overall restaurant profitability
  • Assist in developing, training, and motivating outlet staff to enhance skills and performance
  • Foster a calm and organized approach among the team during high-pressure or stressful situations
  • Manage inventory by assisting with ordering office supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Hold employees accountable through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor
