This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Cafe Wink in Delhi, India. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, maintaining communication with customers and staff, and managing the food and beverage services.

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in hiring and training staff
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in restaurant management
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi
