Our focus is on delivering a seamless dining experience that combines culinary excellence with warm, attentive hospitality. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and uphold our service ethos.

Role Overview:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth team coordination, and strong operational control. This role requires leadership presence, strong floor management skills, and a deep understanding of premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth floor execution
  • Monitor service flow and maintain high standards during peak hours
  • Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
  • Ensure ambience, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently maintained

Guest Experience

  • Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Professionally handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service

Team Leadership

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising FOH staff
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team preparedness
  • Monitor grooming, discipline, and service etiquette
  • Support staff scheduling and shift planning

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Assist with daily sales reporting and cash handling supervision
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors
  • Support cost control initiatives and minimize wastage
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

Requirements:

  • 46+ years of experience in restaurant operations
  • Minimum 12 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage high-volume service with composure
  • Good understanding of billing systems, reporting, and operational controls
  • Professional grooming and service-oriented mindset
