Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belapur for an Assistant Relationship Manager. The Assistant Relationship Manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships, assist with prospective client identification, and support ongoing client engagement. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, delivering tailored real estate solutions, coordinating property transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also involve resolving client issues, conducting property research, and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to meet the needs of clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in real estate advisory, customer service, or client relationship management.
  • Ability to conduct thorough property research and deliver data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and comfortable with digital tools for property research and customer management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple portfolios, meet deadlines, and coordinate transaction processes.
  • Self-motivated, highly professional, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and RERA compliance requirements is advantageous.
