Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager at Natural Ice Cream in Chennai. The Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling queries and concerns, assisting with sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously evaluate store staff and market scenarios to identify training needs and ensure alignment with franchise requirements.
- Build and manage a team of competent workers adhering to company standards and franchise needs, optimising labour models.
- Ensure 100% operational success in existing stores through effective management and problem-solving.
- Achieve sales and purchase targets set by the company, employing creative strategies and planning for peak periods and special events.
- Conduct market surveys for potential new stores, following the New Store Feasibility checklist provided by management.
- Develop local sales and marketing strategies for new stores by franchise needs.
- Make quick and informed decisions to maintain operational efficiency, addressing situations promptly based on severity.
- Conduct monthly meetings at outlets with expenses incurred, supported by the franchise.
- Participate in monthly meetings and Quarterly Business Review,s presenting results and plans.
- Discuss monthly plans and address any operational shortfalls with the franchise during scheduled meetings.
- To be responsible for the maintenance of the following Licenses in the patch of stores handled:
a) Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)
b) Police Licence
c) Fire NOC
d) Health & Trade Licence
e) Public Performance Licence
f) Department of Labour
Qualification & Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar line of work.
- Must be a Graduate, preferably with a hotel/hospitality/QSR management degree.
