Academic Administration
- Handling student admissions, enrolment, and examination processes.
- Maintaining student records, transcripts, degrees, and certificates.
- Coordinating with academic departments for timetable, results, and grading.
General Administration
- Assisting Registrar in implementing university rules, regulations.
- Supervising office staff and ensuring smooth workflow in administration.
- Drafting official communications, circulars, and notices.
Human Resource & Establishment
- Looking after service matters of faculty and staff (appointments, leave, promotions).
- Maintaining employee records and service books.
- Helping in recruitment processes as per UGC norms.
Finance & Examination (if assigned)
- Overseeing fee collection, scholarships, and financial records related to students.
- Supporting examination section (conduct, evaluation, results publication).
Compliance & Liaison
- Assisting in compliance with UGC, AICTE, NAAC, and other regulatory bodies.
- Preparing reports, data, and documents required for accreditation/inspection.
- Liaising with government departments, affiliating bodies, and external agencies.
Discipline & Grievance Handling
- Ensuring discipline in administrative and academic activities.
- Addressing student/staff grievances in coordination with Registrar.
