Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Regional Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the implementation of regional strategies, and Key tasks include assisting the Regional Manager in building client relationships, analyzing business performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent service standards to customers. The individual will also participate in strategic decision-making and work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.

• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in operations and performance management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships
• Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and sales strategy implementation
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience in the automotive or tyre industry is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site capacity at the Ahmedabad location
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
