.Responsible for Gold Loan business and handling 50-plus branches.
.Responsible for the achievement of all business targets.
.Responsible for achieving cross-selling products TGT Vs ACT of the Region and maintaining relations with cross-selling peers to ensure a smooth implementation process.
.Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM with focused attention on NPA management.
.Ensure the business is conducted across the branches adhering to compliance of all the processes laid down by the company.
.In the event of any incidents, follow up with local governing bodies (Police, Court etc) up till a satisfactory resolution is provided and accepted by the management.
.Select competent resources and ensure the staffing level is 100% at branches as per norms.
