Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Manager to join our growing team at Proptellio. The ideal candidate should be proactive, market-savvy, and capable of handling the complete sales cycle in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales process — from connecting with leads in real-time to successfully closing deals

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective clients

• Generate new leads through multiple channels such as referrals, digital platforms, and networking

• Visit developer sites regularly to stay updated with inventory, pricing, and offers

• Accompany clients for site visits and provide detailed property insights

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

• Maintain a strong presence in the market and stay updated with Hyderabad real estate trends

• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction closure

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong sales intent can also apply)

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a must
