Job Description

  • Understand project requirements for tools, consumables, and materials in coordination with the project department.
  • Receive and review material requisitions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Check and verify the availability of required materials in the store/inventory system.
  • Identify material shortages and determine exact quantities required for procurement.
  • Prepare detailed material procurement plans based on project timelines and requirements.
  • Coordinate with stores and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain records of requisitions, stock levels, and procurement activities.
  • Work closely with procurement/vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor material usage and suggest improvements for cost optimization and waste reduction.
