Assistant Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in planning and executing various projects, ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating logistics, expediting project components, performing inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives effectively.

• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and monitoring projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Inspection procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Experience with Logistics Management, including coordination of resources and supply chain processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in the non-profit or sustainability sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment with a commitment to organizational goals.
