The resource will be responsible to support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control delivery of construction and workplace projects across all phases. The resource will assist in planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
. Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with quality standards.
. Evaluate all material entering the construction site to ensure they meet the specified quality standards. This includes reviewing material technical data sheets and conducting inspections.
. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. This involves conducting regular inspections and tests during various stages of construction.
. Maintain comprehensives documents systems that track inspections, tests, and non-conformances. This includes preparing quality reports and ensuring all records are organized and accessible.
. Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and regulatory bodies to address concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
. Preparing formal project progress and other reports
. Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
. Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc.
. Ensure that all construction activities comply with applicable building codes and industry standards.
. Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc.
. Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
