Job Description

To support client and commission manager to lead the project for delivery and hand over

Key responsibilities:

  • Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
  • Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
  • Report into PMO and manager in project progress at a
  • Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
  • Managing the change control process
  • Monitoring and advising upon project finances
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client, consultants and vendors, at all project stages

Qualifications

  • Mechanical/ Electrical Engineeringis acceptable with 3-7 years of work experience
  • Needs to be aware of all MEP works including, HVAC, Electrical, firefighting, FAPA, LV packages, testing and commissioning
  • To be able to understand drawings for construction and able to track project.
