Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems for complex building projects
- Ensure MEP designs meet project requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations for MEP works
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on MEP designs and installations
- Implement innovative MEP solutions to optimize energy efficiency and building performance
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Resolve complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Prepare and present MEP-related reports and recommendations to project stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in MEP design and management for commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful MEP project delivery
- Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP)
- Familiarity with BIM technologies and smart building systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
