Role Title : Asst Manger / Manager Projects (Civil & Infrastructure)

JOB PURPOSE : Implementation of Infrastructure upgradation and expansion projects
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Infrastructure upgradation projects
- Project feasibility study for multiple brownfield projects across ICMLs like expansion of building, Solid Fuel Boiler House, Rainwater Harvesting system, Building structural assessment and required strengthening, Road, Drainage, Activation of new warehouses, Office interior setup, Retrofit Civil and PEB building projects etc.
- Budget estimation and plant layout development.
- Procurement, Vendor selection for Civil infrastructure mainly.
- Manage project execution at multiples location within Capex budget and timelines
Team Capability Enhancement
- Undertake period review to ascertain team progress vis--vis plans
- Identify & bridge gaps as required capability / resource / budget / approval constraints
Provide support as required with hands-on involvement in case of mismatch in priorities & resource availability
MAJOR CHALLENGES : Managing high stakes responsibilities by aligning priorities of large teams from other functions
DECISIONS :
- Inputs regarding feasibility / prioritization of any initiative under consideration
- Identification of additional or more challenging initiatives to achieve industry benchmarks
- Finalization of budgets, targets & resources in alignment with priorities & targets taken up by other functions
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Qualifications
Graduate in Engineering (Civil) with 5 -10 years of experience.
- Skills
- Hands on experience of executing end-to-end infrastructure project.
- MSP and Autocad skill
- Stakeholder management
- Understanding of GMP and Food Safety
