Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Phase:

  • Understand customer requirements and define project implementation strategies.
  • Prepare high-level project timelines and collaborate with proposals teams on effort estimates.

Project Planning Phase:

  • Transition projects from sales to delivery teams.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and establish project charter.
  • Set up communication channels, cadence, and baseline for timelines, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Conduct gap analysis and ensure adherence to standard project processes.

Project Delivery Phase:

  • Monitor progress against timelines, budget, and key milestones.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site readiness, hardware delivery, and resource allocation.
  • Track testing progress, identify issues, and manage bug resolution via JIRA.

Project Execution Phase:

  • Manage cross-functional resources, travel plans, and site readiness validation.
  • Ensure software deployment and integration testing with regional and customer HQ teams.
  • Lead war rooms when required and support UAT test plan tracking.
  • Publish KPI monitoring, ramp-up plans, and close NPD tickets.
  • Manage project handover to client services, ensuring proper documentation on Confluence.
