We are hiring Project Management team for our client is a major developer in Delhi NCR and constructing mainly Hotel and commercial projects.

Main purpose of position:

Reviewing the progress of the projects and prepare the weekly/monthly reports for management review. To review the project progress, developing program and evaluating the manpower requirements, identifying project hinderances. Able to manage the client and can establish good relationship with the client.

Key responsibilities:

Service Delivery

Handling and supporting the Project Manager in performing the progress monitoring service as per the requirements of the Client.

  1. Coordinate with the different stake holders of the project to review and assess the project hinderances.
  2. Understanding of quality specifics,material inspections etc
  3. Preparation and review of the construction program.
  4. Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.
  5. Anticipating the completion dates of the project based on the actual progress at site.
  6. Assessment of project dependencies and action required to complete the project within the agreed program to the .
  7. Evaluating the manpower requirement to complete the project within the agreed timeline.

Qualifications

  • Education - B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
  • Candidate should have the experience of working on large scale construction projects within India and possesses excellent technical and communication skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, work packages, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
  • 8-9 years of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
