Job Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in executing interior fitout.

Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to interior and MEP coordination.

Supervise daily site activities including carpentry, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Monitor manpower, materials, subcontractors, and ensure timely work completion.

Track daily progress and assist in preparing DPR/WPR.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, interior designers, vendors, and contractors.

Ensure quality standards, site safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Verify measurements, assist in preparing, Contractor bills, and manage material reconciliation.

Required Skills

Practical experience in interior fitout project execution (mandatory).

Strong understanding of civil/interior finishing work processes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project reporting tools.

Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Hindi.

Ability to handle site responsibilities and travel when needed.
