- Lead overall project planning for multiple projects, focusing on process improvement
- Guide teams through all phases to ensure outcomes meet client expectations
- Manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, budgeting, controls, and contract administration
- Establish effective structures for communication, reporting, and workflows for each project
- Ensure quality control systems and clear project objectives are implemented
- Oversee multiple projects and lead motivated, collaborative teams aligned with stakeholder needs
- Attend project meetings, monitor project budgets, and submit monthly progress reports
- Develop and manage detailed engineering and construction schedules, including critical path and float
- Inspect project elements (materials, equipment, staff) to ensure timely execution and report remedial actions
- Use in-house tools such as Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog, and Atlas for project tracking
