Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Coordinator located in Jaipur. The role involves supporting project management activities, coordinating logistics, expediting project tasks, assisting with inspections, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. The Assistant Project Coordinator will work closely with teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on project materials
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles and ability to assist in tracking project workflows
• Experience with Inspection processes to maintain and ensure quality standards
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate deliveries, materials, and resources within projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with various teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software tools or project management platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
