Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Swami Vivekanand College of Pharmacy, located in Dhaulpur. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, engaging in curriculum development, mentoring students, organizing seminars and workshops, conducting research, publishing academic papers, and contributing to the overall growth of the institution.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to students
- Proven ability in academic research, publication in respected journals, and development of educational materials
- Knowledge of modern educational tools, advanced teaching methodologies, and assessment techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills to guide students on academic and career growth
- Proficiency in developing and managing course curricula, instructional plans, and academic scheduling
- Minimum qualification: Master's degree or PhD in Pharmacy or a related field, with preference for candidates having a strong academic and/or research background
- Prior experience in teaching or working in a pharmacy/medical science field is highly desirable
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences
