This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Management (Finance) located in Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality university-level management courses with a focus on finance. Responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic growth of the institution. The role will also involve integrating contemporary market practices into the curriculum and fostering a stimulating learning environment.

• Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and Curriculum Development
• Experience in Research and University Teaching
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and their application in the education sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster learning and collaboration
• Proven ability to engage with diverse groups and positively impact student outcomes
• Doctorate or equivalent advanced degree in Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in educational technology or higher education administration is an asset
