This full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, involves teaching and mentoring students as an Assistant Professor of Finance. Responsibilities include developing and delivering coursework in finance, accounting, and related fields, conducting research, publishing in academic journals, and participating in curriculum development. Additionally, the Assistant Professor is expected to participate in departmental activities, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with the academic community to foster an impactful learning environment.

• Strong expertise in Finance and Corporate Finance
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of Economics and its application in financial decision-making
• Experience conducting academic or professional Research in related fields
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Effective communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Previous teaching or practical finance experience is a plus
