Assistant Professor of Computer Science

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Assistant Professor will engage in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, curriculum development, mentoring students, and supervising research projects. The role also involves contributing to the growth of the department through innovation in teaching methodologies, participating in academic and administrative activities, and conducting impactful research in Computer Science, along with presenting findings at national and international platforms.

• Strong expertise in Computer Science, including specialized knowledge of Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Programming.
• Experience and proficiency in developing and delivering academic curricula within higher education institutions.
• A track record of scholarly research and publications in high-impact journals or conferences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide students in innovative and real-world computer science applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field (Candidates who are nearing completion of their doctorate may be considered).
• Experience in interdisciplinary research or collaboration is an added advantage.
