Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures in core MCA subjects such as Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing.
- Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research work.
- Develop and update curriculum to align with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Conduct tutorials, seminars, and workshops to enhance student learning.
- Engage in departmental research activities and publish in reputed journals/conferences.
- Mentor students for placements, internships, and career development.
- Participate in academic administration, committees, and accreditation processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and innovative learning environment.
Qualifications
Educational: MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (Computer Science/IT) with NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. (preferred).
