Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Management Program, based in Pune. The role involves teaching university-level courses, developing and updating curricula, conducting research, and mentoring students. The Assistant Professor will also contribute to academic initiatives and collaborate on marketing efforts for program development and promotion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching skills
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Research
• Knowledge and skills in Marketing within academic and professional contexts
• Advanced degree (Master's o Pursing PhD) in Management or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring abilities
• Commitment to academic excellence and innovative teaching methodologies
• Experience with online and technology-enabled education is beneficial
