Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Kerala Academy of Pharmacy in Trivandrum. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Pharmacy, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities. Other duties may include developing course materials, grading assignments, and supporting academic advising.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pharmaceutical Sciences and related fields
• Teaching experience and ability to develop and deliver course materials
• Research skills and experience in conducting and publishing research
• Mentorship experience and ability to guide and counsel students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Pharmacy or related discipline
• Experience in using modern instructional technologies and methodologies
• Commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement
