Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Journalism and Mass Communication, based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging course materials, leading interactive classroom sessions, conducting evaluations, and providing guidance to students on core subjects such as Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Multimedia, and Writing. The role also entails active participation in curriculum development, conducting research, and staying updated with industry trends to align teaching methodologies with contemporary practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Broadcast Journalism and Broadcasting techniques
  • Strong skills in Journalism and effective Writing methods
  • Experience with Multimedia practices and tools to create engaging educational content
  • Advanced knowledge of journalism principles and media communication technologies
  • Master's degree or higher in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Prior teaching or training experience in Journalism and Mass Communication is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a dynamic teaching style
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the field of media and communication
