Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, PGDM, CA, ICWA, M.Com., or related fields with First Class or equivalent.
• A Ph.D. in the relevant field is mandatory

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional teaching experience is required

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject-matter expertise and research background.
• Proven ability to teach, mentor, and engage students effectively.
• A demonstrated track record in research and publications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to contribute to the academic and strategic growth of the department.
