Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:

A Master's degree in Business Administration, PGDM, CA, ICWA, M.Com., or related fields withFirst Class or equivalent.

APh.D.in the relevant field is mandatory

Experience:

At least3 yearsof professional teaching experience is required

Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject-matter expertise and research background.

Proven ability to teach, mentor, and engage students effectively.

A demonstrated track record in research and publications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to contribute to the academic and strategic growth of the department.
