Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Professor located in Mumbai. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering course curriculum, conducting lectures, mentoring students, and fostering academic excellence in the field of Sports Management and Sports Science. The role also includes preparing course materials, advising students, and contributing to research, academic projects, and overall institutional development. The selected candidate will collaborate with faculty members and industry professionals to enhance the quality of education and optimize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Sports Management, Sports Science, and related disciplines, with prior teaching or industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, lecture delivery, and instructional techniques in both virtual and on-campus settings.
• Excellent research, analytical, and academic writing skills, with the ability to contribute to institutional projects and publications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to mentor students and collaborate with peers and industry professionals effectively.
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Sports Management, Sports Science, Business Administration with a focus on Sports, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sports organizations, federations, or administration is a strong advantage.
• Commitment to academic excellence and the ability to inspire students to pursue impactful careers in the sports industry.
