Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Hotel Management, specializing in Food Production and Housekeeping. Located in the Mohali district, the Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching university courses, developing curriculum, conducting research, and engaging in marketing activities related to the program. The role also includes mentoring students, managing classroom activities, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Qualifications
- Organizational Behavior and University Teaching skills
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Research
- Marketing skills related to educational programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Master's or Ph.D. in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
