Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering at RIT Roorkee, located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The responsibilities include delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, developing and updating course curricula, and conducting innovative research. The Assistant Professor will also contribute to academic and departmental activities to enhance the overall learning environment while maintaining an active engagement with industry trends and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Research to conduct innovative studies and contribute to academic and industrial advancements.
• Excellent Communication and Strategic Communication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a closely related field.
• Prior experience in university-level teaching and/or research; experience in coordinating and managing academic programs is a plus.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
