Assistant Professor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Professor at the Global Academy of Technology. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, designing course curricula, mentoring students, and conducting academic research. Additional duties include evaluating student performance, participating in departmental activities, and contributing to academic development initiatives. Candidates will also engage in collaborative projects to enhance the academic and professional excellence of the institution.

• Strong teaching and instructional skills in relevant subject areas
• Proficiency in academic research methods and scholastic writing
• Experience in mentoring and guiding undergraduate or postgraduate students
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in the relevant field (a Ph.D. is preferred)
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and academic committees
• Prior teaching experience and publications in related areas are an advantage
