The Department of Biotechnology, School of Engineering invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the areas of Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, and Food Technology. The Department seeks motivated individuals with a strong academic background, research potential, and commitment to excellence in teaching and research. Minimum 02-08 years of Experience required.

Applicants must possess a B.Tech. and M.Tech. degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Food Technology, or a related discipline, along with a Ph.D. in the relevant field. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in areas such as Molecular Biology, Bioprocess Engineering, Genomics, Bioinformatics, AI/ML in Life Sciences, Food Processing, Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, and Food Packaging.

Candidates are expected to have a strong academic record and a good publication profile in reputed journals. Postdoctoral research or relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
