Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in Jaipur. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering quality education to students while conducting academic research and developing curriculum as per institutional and market needs. Responsibilities include engaging in teaching, mentoring students, collaborating on research projects, and participating in academic publications. The Assistant Professor will play a critical role in promoting innovative approaches to learning and contributing to the ongoing development of the university's academic programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in educational methodologies, academic research, and curriculum development
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and student engagement skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and EdTech solutions for higher education
• Effective written and verbal communication, public presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects and contribute to academic publications
• Relevant teaching or professional experience in the field of higher education
• Doctorate or Master's degree in the relevant field is preferred; candidates with exceptional credentials and industry experience will also be considered
