Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor specializing in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). The role is based in LTSU Ropar. The selected candidate will teach undergraduate courses, guide students on projects and research, design and update course materials, and participate in academic activities such as workshops and seminars. Additionally, the role involves mentoring students, coordinating with industry for skill enhancement opportunities, and contributing to curriculum development to align with current industry standards.

• Strong expertise in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and proficiency in programming languages, database management, and algorithms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of teaching methodologies and the ability to design and deliver engaging course content.
• Research and analytical skills to guide student projects and contribute to academic advancements.
• Effective communication, coordination, and mentorship abilities for guiding students and collaborating with colleagues.
• Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to integrate practical insights into academic curricula.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with prior teaching or industry experience preferred.
