Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering, based in the Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and conducting academic and research programs, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include publishing research papers, participating in departmental activities, and staying updated with advancements in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. Collaboration with other departments and contribution to impactful research are highly encouraged.

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field is required.
• Knowledge in programming languages, operating systems, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience in conducting research and publishing academic papers and journals in Computer Science.
• Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills for effectively engaging with students and peers.
• Proficiency in developing innovative curriculum and designing course content for diverse academic disciplines.
• Familiarity with modern educational technologies and digital learning tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Previous teaching experience at the university level is an advantage.
