Role Description

We seek a dynamic and motivated Assistant Professor for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district of Punjab. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students, supervising research projects, publishing research in reputable journals, and contributing to curriculum design and development. The Assistant Professor is also expected to mentor students, participate in academic administration, and engage in interdisciplinary research aligned with the university's mission to foster innovation and global impact.

Qualifications

• A minimum qualification of a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in core Computer Science and Engineering topics such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Software Development, and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience or ability in conducting academic research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and supervising student research projects.
• Proficiency in research methodologies, programming languages, and technical tools relevant to computer science and engineering.
• Excellent teaching, public speaking, and mentorship skills for diverse student groups.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in academia or collaboration with global institutions is a strong advantage.
